"Gorgon" in The Great Columbia Mixtape 2011 →

Seriously, we love some FT lovin’. “The Limited Abilities of Man” was called “second-best this year.”  Second to what, I’m not sure, but we’ll take it.   Also, we like seeing our friends Ghosts of the Great Highway (who we agree are “underrated”) and Rejectioneers on the list.  Great guys.  You should check them out.

Scene SC "Perseids" show preview →

Dylan Dickerson is opening Thursday night. →

I met Dylan playing at the Stranger’s Magazine release show.  I was thoroughly impressed by him all around.  His voice is powerful, he plays guitar well, he plays kick and high hat all the while and actually sounds full… and he’s a nice guy, to boot.  Here’s some video from that show.  If you want to experience it live, come out Thursday night.   -Mike
